Returns & Warranty

Return eligibility depends on the watch, condition, protective seals and the terms confirmed on the invoice. Customers must contact Kawan Watches before returning any item.

A returned watch must remain unused and in the same condition with all boxes, documents, tags and accessories. Authentication seals must remain intact.

Manufacturer warranties and any Kawan Watches warranty will be identified on the invoice. Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure outside the rated specification or unauthorized work is excluded.
