All watches are subject to availability and final confirmation by Kawan Watches. An online order records the customer's purchase request; acceptance occurs when Kawan Watches confirms the watch, compliance checks, delivery and payment instructions.

Deposits reserve the specified watch and are applied to the balance. Deposit refundability, balance deadline and cancellation conditions will be shown in the final invoice or payment request before payment.

Prices exclude import duties and destination taxes unless expressly stated. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery and identity information.
